This landing page should be: https://assocenergy.com/viv/  This webpage is not anywhere on a Viv front or back office! When one uses the front office portal they click on-  and are taken to this page and asked to click on SELECT and when one does this the once SELECTED is highlighted but nothing is registered and when checkout is shown they are pitched for the opportunity and not the retail customer centric approach!  This button should go over to AED and with VIV Consultant ID# and also perhaps a Upteam Manager listed as well! e.g. Dan Lindsay from RI #ID along with John Bangert or Matt McDonough ID# for tracking purposes and transparency along with accountability!  New Button rather than Conceptual Review is misleading and confusing, why 2 forms?
